Istemihan Talay, the Minister of Culture, Mr. Tevfik Ketencioglu, President of KTV, Mr. B\u00fclent Akarcali, President of the Turkish Democracy Foundation TDV, and Maurice Crijns, President of INF. KTV is in charge of controlling.
