A flyer was developed and distributed to the tourists for free. The flyer provided information about the monument and the NDP project.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">More serious was the lack of a routing system for tourists. The tourists climbed everywhere. As part of the NDP Emergency Plan a tourist routing was planned and implemented in 2002. The routing system consists of a combination of convenient walking paths, bordered by a fence of poles and chains. The system guides the tourists around the statues and reliefs.
