The epigraphic research focused on the study of the inscriptions as available in-situ; more texts than the hitherto published epigraphs were documented:

• the large inscriptions on the back of the statues at the East- and West-Terrace,
• the older inscriptions in the sandstone pieces of the reliefs at the West-Terrace,
• the discovered inscribed letters in the stone blocks of the statues at the East- and West-Terrace,
• the inscriptions on the reliefs and altar blocks of the ancestors.
